I heard you have freight discounts, what are they?
If you place an order of $150+, you qualify for FREE shipping. FREE shipping applies to orders in the contiguous US only. Some items are really big and really heavy, so we always have to charge to ship them. These items include: tables, tubs, crates, dryers, large packages, motor freight shipments, drop ship items, sharpening, repair work and applicable C.O.D. charges.
Why has my order shipped in multiple packages?
At GCPP, we want to provide the best and fastest service. To ensure that your order can be fulfilled, sometimes we have to ship items from another location. You will be given a tracking number for each package.
What are the Holidays on which you do not ship?
Our freight providers do not ship on the holidays below. Keep that in mind when you choose your delivery method.

What is this Crazy Fast Delivery you promote?
We have 4 warehouses in the US. That means we can deliver shipments to 90% of groomers in the US in 1 to 2 business days. If you order your supplies from GCPP on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - there is a pretty strong possibility you will get your shipment by Friday of that same week.
I'm from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or from any other country in the world, what about my shipping costs?
We wish that shipping merchandise to you guys cost less! If you are outside of the contiguous US, our shipping deals do not apply. We gladly ship our merchandise anywhere in the world though. Please call 888 364 6242 for assistance with ordering and an accurate shipping total. Orders placed on groomerschoice.com will not have accurate freight calculated. You will receive a call or email with the accurate shipping total. Thank you for being patient.
Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Errors and Damaged Packages
What is your return/exchange policy?
When you order items from us, those items are protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if you hate them or ordered the wrong item, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your package for a refund or credit. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending them back. Items need to be returned/exchanged in sellable condition. "Sellable condition" means that the item should be in the original packaging, unstained, unmarked and devoid of any mysterious smells. So basically you haven't let a Bernese Mountain Dog play with the clipper or ran a marathon in the pants. All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA. Please call 888-364-6242 to get this number. Seasonal Items, books and DVD's may be returned only if defective for exchange of same item only. All drop shipped items (noted on your invoice) must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Don't worry though, Call 888-364-6242 and we will walk you through it. Customers will always be responsible for freight on returns/exchanges unless a shipping error occurs.
You forgot to send me something or sent me the wrong thing. What now?
Everyday, we focus on achieving 100% accuracy when you place an order, when we pack it and when we ship it. Since we only employee humans at GCPP, they sometimes make mistakes. If we made an error on your order, please call 888-364-6242 to talk to our Customer Service Department (all humans, no computers or robots). They will fix it for you!
My package/shipment is damaged. What now?
Sometimes, a carrier damages a package. I know, we hate it too! If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 888-364-6242. For UPS damages, make sure the driver examines the damage. Also, please retain the original shipping container. For motor freight shipments (large items and pallets) be sure to inspect the item(s) carefully and make sure nothing is damaged before signing for it. If you even feel a little concerned about it, do not sign for it. If this happens, contact us at 888-364-6242 and we will take care of it for you. If you sign for an item as delivered in good condition, free of damage, it is almost impossible to go back and claim damage. For that reason, GCPP can not be held responsible for shipments after they are signed for.
