FREE Freight on any (8) gallons or more combined
(mix/match) Bark-2-Basics or Coat Handler products shipped
within the continental United States - freight charges shown on shopping
cart will not be billed. Minimum order for FREE Freight that does not include
listed shampoos is $500.00. We will pay 1/2 the freight on orders of $250.00
or more. Offer excludes grooming tables, tubs, dryers, cages, grooming carts,
chairs, mats, UPS oversized items and residential deliveries. |
International

All orders delivered outside the USA are subject
to a $10.00 processing fee. All other terms and conditions apply. |
No Minimum
Order

No minimum order required. Orders less than the
minimum for free freight will always be accepted. Actual freight charges
will apply. No Handling Charges EVER! |
Payment Terms

Payment terms are credit card (Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, & Discover), bank debit card, checking account debit,
COD ($12.00 COD charge), or pre-payment by check. A $30.00 charge will be
added for returned checks. First-time orders of $100.00 or more must be prepaid
in order to establish a payment history. |

Warranties
|
Groomers Choice Pet Products will honor
manufacturer's warranties when merchandise is returned within 30 days of
the purchase. Thereafter, please contact the appropriate manufacturer directly
for warranty and repair issues. |
Drop Shipped
Items
|
Drop shipped items must be returned directly
to the manufacturer. Call Groomers Choice Pet Products at 888-364-6242 for
a return authorization number and instructions. |
Damaged
Merchandise
|
If a package appears to be damaged, you have
a right to refuse it. Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS
immediately at 800-PICK-UPS, for SpeeDee Delivery notify SpeeDee at 800-862-5578,
then contact Groomers Choice Pet Products at 888-364-6242. Do not dispose
of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by
UPS / Spee Dee inspectors may be necessary. For US Postal delivery, have
local postal clerk verify damage, then notify us.
For Motor Freight Carriers, be sure to inspect
merchandise before signing for delivery. Damage claims from Motor Carriers
cannot be processed once signed for, unless noted on delivery ticket that
there was damage. |
Returns

Groomers Choice Pet Products thanks you for placing
your order with us! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. To return an item, please
call us at 888-364-6242 for a return authorization and instructions. Be sure
to return merchandise in "like new" condition with all boxes, packaging,
and accessories. For items returned within 30 days, upon receipt and inspection,
we will promptly refund the purchase price (excluding freight). Items returned
without box or packaging and returned after 30 days may be subject to a 15%
restock fee. |

Personalized items, books, videos, and software
are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship. Used items are
non-returnable unless a warranty situation applies. |
