The Coat Handler's Clarifying Dog Shampoo will leave your pet's coat looking healthy and shiny! This shampoo works to cleanse the skin and coat of tough dirt, oil, stains, and buildup, which re-brightens any coat color. It is carefully handcrafted in small batches and designed to rinse off effortlessly. This formula features an Awapuhi fragrance and dilutes 15 to 1. This grooming shampoo was previously named 15-to-1 Clarifying Shampoo. It's the same great formula you've come to love, just with a new name!
Directions
- Dilute 15 parts water to 1 part shampoo.
- Wet down pet thoroughly.
- Apply diluted shampoo and start massaging into the skin and coat. Avoid contact with eyes.
- Allow shampoo to remain on the pet for a few minutes for best results.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Towel and blow dry.
*Safe for frequent, external use on pets 8 weeks of age and older.

Best Shampoo on the Market
I have been grooming, training, and showing Old English Sheepdogs for 45 years. Believe me when I say that Coat Handler 15:1 Clarifying Shampoo is the absolute best shampoo on the market. It thoroughly cleans the long, double coat of an Old English. It rinses out easily and completely. It leaves the coat feeling natural and hydrated. It leaves white coats white and does not alter the color of our blue coats. It will take out any products put in for conformation showing and bring a dry, dull coat back to life. In addition, it has a light, pleasant fragrance. Follow the 15:1 water: shampoo dilution, and see for yourself.

Misleading directions
I first heard about Coat Handler from my poodle puppys breeder. I am a groomer as well. I purchased the 15:1 Clarifying shampoo and the 15:1 Conditioner. There are rave reviews all over the internet about it, so I figured I had nothing to lose. After the first wash and condition, coats looked ok. I bathe my personal dogs every 14 days. Their coats became stripped and brittle and difficult to brush through. Three of them began scratching and itching all over. I contacted Coat Handler and was given the following information: *** The Clarifying shampoo is not meant to use that often, it will strip the coat of any essential oils the coat naturally produces, instead you should be using the Maintenance shampoo for the frequent baths. The Coat Handler is designed to use as a system: Clarifying shampoo, no more then every 4-5 weeks Maintenance shampoo, can be used weekly Conditioner As leave in, dilute 32:1 and mix in spray bottle, comb into coat As rinse out, when bathing apply, let sit on coat and rinse out *** None of this information is printed on the bottles of shampoo and conditioner. None of this information is posted on any website offering Coat Handler for sale. I was then wished well on finding a new shampoo! Fine by me and back to my old favorite anyway as of today. They already look much better and the itching has stopped. Sad thing is Im left with 1 ½ gallons of the shampoo and ¾ gallon of the conditioner. :
